Short Summary:
Join the Operations team at GOAT Group, responsible for managing the worldwide distribution network, authenticating sneakers, fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely delivery to buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach optimal resolutions.
- Ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment.
- Develop an understanding of shoe conditions and GOAT's order statuses.
- Pick shoes from inventory and process returns and orders.
- Take accurate photos of sneakers.
- Work in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirement:
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Background in customer and supplier interactions.
- Ability to operate carts and moving equipment.
- Quick learner, self-starter, and able to handle increasing responsibilities.
- Must stand for long periods (up to 12 hours) and lift/move boxes (up to 35 pounds).
- Availability for extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
