Short Summary:
As the Senior Manager for Portfolio & Performance Management, you will lead a team to provide a data-driven view of investments, execution, and performance within Global Operations. You will shape portfolio governance and performance management in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the Global Operations strategic portfolio, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Lead the PMO team and drive consistent project and program management practices across Global Operations.
- Collaborate with functional PMOs, program and project managers to strengthen alignment and delivery.
- Ensure reliable and accessible data for performance management and enable self-service analytics.
- Develop the performance management framework connecting strategic priorities with operational KPIs.
- Explore AI applications to improve reporting and portfolio insights.

Requirement:
- Background in portfolio/PMO management and data/BI.
- Experience in turning business data into insights for decision-makers.
- Proven experience in portfolio or PMO management in a fast-paced organization.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Fabric or equivalent BI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Experience designing performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs).
- Leadership experience in an international team across multiple time zones.
- Fluent in English, both written and orally.
