Short Summary:
The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in Finland, supporting the organizational goal to provide reliable service in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment- Coordinate returns and repairs, respond to customer inquiries- Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process- Perform basic invoicing tasks- Collaborate with various departments for timely order fulfillment- Maintain product and systems knowledge to support customers
Requirement:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and achieve results with quality and professionalism- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Structured, data-oriented, and team-oriented approach
