In the role of Business Analyst / Agile Coach in the DDI Salesforce team within GN Hearing, you will support the Salesforce teams and business stakeholders collaborate, plan, and deliver clear, valuable solutions across a complex enterprise landscape. The Team you will be part of DDI Salesforce is part of GN Hearing and works at the intersection of business and technology. The team supports multiple Salesforce teams and stakeholders, enabling transparent planning, structured delivery, and effective collaboration across organisational boundaries. You will join an international and diverse environment where colleagues work closely across Business and IT. You will report to Senior Manager, Salesforce Order & Service. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: Coordinate across multiple teams to align priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery plans Ensure consistent agile ways of working across teams and support continuous improvement in collaboration and delivery practices Plan and facilitate PI Planning, cross-team planning, Scrum of Scrums, workshops, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and business stakeholders to clarify needs and support delivery Support teams in maintaining transparent and structured backlogs in Azure DevOps, including dependencies, planning, progress, and delivery visibility Facilitate requirements workshops, translate business processes and ideas into actionable solution concepts, and write user stories with clear acceptance criteria Prepare clear PowerPoint presentations and tailor communication on status, risks, decisions, and recommendations for audiences ranging from delivery teams to executive leadership To perform well in the role, we imagine that you: Bring experience from Business Analysis, Agile delivery, consulting, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or a related role in a complex IT environment Have a structured, curious, and pragmatic approach to navigating complexity and solving problems across Business and IT Use supportive leadership to build trust, empower teams, and promote open, constructive dialogue Bring solid facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including the ability to adapt your message to different audiences Have an understanding of Scrum, SAFe, Agile Ways of Working, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
