Short Summary:
Lead the growth of video across EMEA, establishing it as a key growth engine for the region. Responsible for revenue, pipeline, execution, and partner growth while working closely with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the EMEA go-to-market strategy for Video.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team.
- Create focus around revenue and pipeline delivery.
- Strengthen the partner ecosystem across EMEA.
- Work cross-functionally to turn strategy into commercial results.
Requirement:
- Strong commercial leadership experience from the video, AV, or UC&C industry.
- Proven track record of building business, creating pipelines, and delivering revenue growth.
- Understanding of the partner landscape and experience with channel partners, integrators, and strategic alliances.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience navigating a global, matrixed organization.
