At Glowmade, we’re constantly looking for creative, passionate, and delightfully curious humans to help us build joyful, imaginative games. Whether you’re an art wizard, code wrangler, design thinker, production master, or someone whose ideal job title hasn't even been invented yet, this is your portal.

By dropping your CV into our talent pool, you’re putting yourself right on our radar. When a new quest opens up or a team expands, this is the very first place we look before posting publicly.

Since this isn't a standard role, we aren't looking for a standard checklist of 10 years' experience in a specific proprietary game engine. Instead, we’re looking for:

• A passion for crafting fun: You genuinely care about games, player experience, and bringing vibrant, quirky ideas to life.

• Mastery (or burgeoning mastery) of your craft: Whatever your discipline - art, code, design, audio, QA, or operations, you take pride in building great stuff.

• A collaborative, low-ego mindset: We’re a tight-knit UK studio where great ideas can come from anyone. We value openness, empathy, and collective problem-solving over lone-wolf heroics.

• A portfolio, reel, or proof of passion: Show us what you've made! Whether it’s shipped AAA titles, indie game jam projects, a GitHub repo, or a stunning art station link, we want to see what makes you tick.

• Right to work in the UK: Ability to work with us either hybrid from our Guildford studio or remotely within the UK.

Our three founders worked together at Lionhead, made some lovely stuff, got on well, shared stories, shared dreams - well, you know the kind of thing. 
The critical catalyst was the combination of their core skills - code, design and art. The essence of game creation. So, a foundation was laid.
From this foundation, we steadily grew. Now, as an established studio based in Guildford, UK, we have an experienced team, all of whom have previously worked on some great games and for some fantastic companies, but we want to achieve more.
