Technical Project Manager
Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform for global direct-to-consumer e-commerce, enabling brands and retailers to seamlessly sell worldwide, delivering localized experiences across markets.
Trusted by some of the world’s most recognized brands including Adidas, Alo Yoga, Logitech, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, and Victoria’s Secret, we operate on a massive global scale through dynamic teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Our technology-based end-to-end solution combines advanced localization capabilities, streamlined global operations and extensive big-data analytics, covering everything merchants need to scale worldwide. We’re a fast-moving, highly collaborative company where innovation, creativity, ownership, and impact are part of everyday work.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join Global-e and own the delivery of strategic and technically complex projects.
You'll work with a handful of merchants on an ongoing basis, build deep knowledge of their setup and their business, and become the person both sides rely on to get complex things done.
- What you'll do
- Own strategic and technically complex projects end to end for a portfolio of Global-e's most significant merchants - from scoping through delivery.
- Lead the internal weekly forum for your accounts, bringing together Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions, Integrations and Product to align on project status, roadmap and open technical issues.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for your merchants: track feature requests through Product, keep commitments realistic and timelines current.
- Act as the focal point for your merchants - representing them internally and representing Global-e to them. Own the relationship and the outcome.
- Navigate ambiguity. Every strategic merchant is set up differently; you'll hold the line on our standards while adapting the approach to each account.
- Drive resolution on escalations and production issues, routing them to the right teams and staying accountable until closed.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Project Management, including experience managing demanding, high-visibility clients.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and clients’ technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, or e-commerce integrations – a strong advantage.
- Strong interest and affinity for AI – required.
- Proven ability to drive projects and deliver results through cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well under deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
- Self-driven and able to independently manage and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience working with distributed, international teams across different time zones.
