Product Manager - Water Enhancement

Global Water Solutions (GWS), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pressure vessels, water enhancement and smart tap products, is looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Product Manager – Water Enhancement to drive the development and growth of our filtration, UF, RO, RO.M and Quatreau/Q product ranges.

Working closely with management, sales, engineering and production teams, you will own the product journey from market research and concept development through to certification, production readiness, launch and ongoing improvement. The role will support our domestic Indian business and international markets, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the Water Enhancement product roadmap, supported by market research, business cases and product briefs.
• Define product specifications, target costs, pricing inputs and launch priorities in collaboration with sales.
• Coordinate engineering, suppliers, assembly readiness, testing and product validation.
• Identify and manage certification and compliance requirements, including DWD, WRAS, WQA/NSF and other regional standards.
• Lead product launches, including positioning, marketing materials, sales tools and regional training.
• Visit factories, customers and trade shows, monitoring market feedback and product performance.

Requirements

Essential experience and capabilities

• At least 5 years' experience in technical product management or product development.
• Proven ownership of technical products from opportunity assessment through to successful market launch.
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
• Strong commercial judgement, including product costing, value, pricing and market positioning.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, marketing and sales.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.

Desirable experience

• Background in water treatment, filtration, UF/RO systems, water dispensers or connected appliances.
• Experience coordinating product certification and compliance projects.
• Exposure to international export markets and regional regulatory requirements.

Your initial priorities will include reviewing the existing product portfolio, developing a prioritised product roadmap, establishing a certification matrix and preparing a clear launch action plan with agreed responsibilities, milestones and commercial objectives.
