Senior R&D Program Manager

Gett is a Ground Transportation Solution with the mission to organize all the best mobility providers in one global platform with great UX - optimizing the entire experience from booking and riding to invoicing and analytics to save businesses time and money. As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as helping shape the way teams are working in Agile.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational projects, bridging Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile methodologies, proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, refining processes, and fostering deep collaboration between R&D, Product, and Operation teams.
• Motivate and align cross-functional teams through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement, influencing effectively across all organizational levels.
• Solve challenges and drive impactful outcomes independently.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO
• Profound project management experience in the software industry
• PMP Certification
• Experience in Jira administration
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities
• Lead without authority skills 
• Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD– advantage
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent
