We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Marketing Manager based in Southampton to manage and execute our marketing initiatives across the UK and European markets. As a leading provider of fund administration and technology solutions to the private equity and alternative investment industry, Gen II partners with General Partners (GPs) to deliver critical operational support and innovative solutions.

This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who excels at the intersection of B2B financial services, digital strategy, and local market execution. Based in our London office the role is pivotal to maintaining a seamless, highly collaborative partnership with our US marketing team, and ensuring consistent global brand positioning and effective cross-border campaign alignment.
