I&;m sourcing a skilled SCCM and endpoint management specialist for a long-term managed service engagement with a manufacturing client.
Environment: established enterprise estate, all tooling client-owned and in production: SCCM/MECM, EMCO packaging, IVANTI ITSM, EgoSecure, CheckMK. 350+ Windows servers, Windows 10/11 clients, multi-domain AD.
Required
Hands-on SCCM/MECM administration at enterprise scale
Windows OS lifecycle and patch management
Application packaging: MSI, scripting, deployment tooling
Endpoint security tooling: EgoSecure or comparable
Working English; comfortable inside formal Change/Incident/Problem processes
Nice to have: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or ITIL certification
Terms

B2B, 12 months, renewal expected
Billed hours
70-100 per month
Availability
Full 08:00–16:00 CET window, business days
Out of hours
Optional, pre-agreed, extra rate
Important: availability and billed hours differ. Presence is required across the full 8-hour window, while logged work averages 3.5–5 hours per day. Suits a consultant with parallel commitments; does not suit anyone needing eight uninterrupted hours elsewhere. The end client interviews and approves the specialist on their end.
