Short Summary:
The Gates Foundation is hiring two Senior Strategy Officers for the Postsecondary team, focusing on strategy development and operational management in the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy development projects for the Innovative Models body of work.
- Manage strategic operations and portfolio for the Pathways Navigation team.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategy decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication of strategy findings.
- Provide project management support across multiple workstreams.
- Adopt AI-enabled tools to enhance strategy work.

Requirement:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in strategy consulting, public policy, education, or related fields.
- Significant experience in strategy development and program management.
- Experience in conducting analyses and synthesizing findings into executive communications.
- Familiarity with postsecondary institutions and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Experience in developing operational systems and managing investments.
