Short Summary:
Gasfin is seeking a Head of Operations to provide senior-level technical and operational leadership for LNG FSRU terminals, ensuring safe and efficient operations while managing complex interfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of the day-to-day technical operation of LNG FSRU terminals.
- Act as the primary technical authority for operational teams and engineering functions.
- Ensure compliance with European and national regulations, technical codes, and safety standards.
- Review and approve CAPEX and OPEX proposals, engineering modifications, and technical upgrades.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and safety culture.
- Represent the company at a senior technical level with external stakeholders.
- Monitor technical and operational performance indicators and report to senior management.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in LNG, natural gas, or gas processing industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the LNG value chain and expert knowledge of regasification systems.
- Proven track record in senior technical leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of European and German regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
