Account Manager, Digital Marketing

Title: Account Manager, Digital Marketing Location: United States The LocaliQ Digital Marketing team is looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in our sales organization. The Account Manager will work exclusively with a top performing sales consultant to help grow and retain their clients. They also communicate directly with current clients regarding their advertising campaigns, renewal, performance, metrics and several additional facets of our emerging technology on a regular basis. In this role, you’ll focus on helping businesses reach and convert customers through digital channels—using tools across search, social, display, and more. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored strategies, and drive measurable performance. As part of a team grounded in innovation, insight, and execution, you’ll help businesses make smarter marketing decisions and achieve meaningful growth. Job Skills & Responsibilities: Ensure effective client interaction and communication within our existing client base to enhance retention rates. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to potential and current clients. Present creative concepts, campaign updates, and next-step recommendations to clients. Lead onboarding calls and client kickoff conversations. Coordinate with fulfillment, creative, SEO, listings, video, vendor, and operations teams as needed. Support salesperson in updating Salesforce.com Support salesperson with meeting preparation, proposal creation, contract distribution, and gathering marketing materials as needed. Perform general administrative duties as required. What you bring to the table: min 2 years experience working in a marketing, sales (inside or outside) or sales support role. Experience working in a digital marketing sales environment preferred. Solid demonstration of experience working in Digital Advertising Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and self-aware Strong communicator with client-service instincts Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, or other database systems English is Preferred Valid driver's license and vehicle. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience.
