We're looking for a QA Lead to join Gameloft Australia, based in Brisbane. Working closely with the QA Director, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day activities of the QA team across multiple projects. You'll be responsible for managing priorities, delegating tasks, tracking QA deliverables and acting as a key link between QA, Development and other studio teams. This role is ideal for an experienced QA professional looking to take the next step into leadership, combining strong QA knowledge with project coordination, communication and team development.
What it means on a daily basis

• Coordinate QA activities, priorities and deliverables across multiple projects and milestones.
• Delegate and track QA tasks based on project priorities, timelines and team capacity.
• Act as a key link between QA and Development, helping communicate bugs, priorities, requirements and project risks.
• Monitor QA progress and provide clear updates on testing, critical issues, blockers and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure testing activities align with project requirements and schedules.
• Maintain bug tracking, QA plans, test documentation and supporting processes across projects.
• Support the QA Director with team management, mentoring, performance development and day-to-day team coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA workflows, communication and team efficiency.
• Help ensure QA is effectively integrated into the wider game development and production process.

What success will look like
Success in this role means keeping QA organised, proactive and aligned with the wider development process across multiple projects. The successful candidate will effectively manage priorities and deliverables, ensure critical issues and risks are clearly communicated, coordinate internal and external testing, and support the QA team through mentoring and day-to-day leadership. They will also contribute to improving QA processes and help ensure the team consistently delivers thorough, timely testing that supports successful project milestones and releases.
