As an Accountant, you will be responsible for reporting, collecting, tracking and reconciling payments/invoices. You will be collaborating with our Head of Accounting along with our other global offices. 

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and reconcile payments promptly and accurately
• Verify supporting documents for proper payment execution
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Perform various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP accounting software (nice to have)
  
• Experience with invoicing, payments sorting and tracking
• Experience with generating accounting reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Fluency in English & Russian is required. Knowledge of Greek is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues when needed
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
