About FunnelFox

FunnelFox is a no-code platform that helps app developers grow revenue through web2app funnels. Launched 2,5 years ago, it’s already showing impressive growth. Marketers and product managers can build, launch, and optimize funnels in hours instead of months, all without writing a single line of code.

About the team

Marketing is how app developers discover FunnelFox and why they decide to book a demo. The team covers content and SEO, webinars, influencer partnerships, social media, paid channels and events, and each area has its own goals tied to demos and revenue. What we need now is a leader who brings all of this together into one system, with clear numbers and clear priorities, so that everyone on the team knows how their work turns into a pipeline.

Why we’re hiring

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own demand generation end to end, not to run a brand department. Your core goals are booked demos and the new MRR they bring. Traffic, followers and awareness matter only as far as they move those numbers. We want to put marketing on systematic, agentic rails: solid attribution, automated processes, and AI agents that take over routine work, so the team spends its time on what actually brings clients. You’ll have a team, a budget and the autonomy to decide how to get there. You’ll also have room for non-obvious moves: unusual channels, creative influencer offers, and growth hacks nobody in our niche has tried yet.

What you’ll do

Own the marketing pipeline: booked demos and new MRR, from channel strategy all the way to closed revenue.
Build marketing analytics properly: attribution, source tracking, and a funnel from first touch to paying client, with dashboards the whole company can trust.
Set goals for the team, break them down by channel and by person, track progress every week, and make decisions quickly when something isn’t working.
Lead and grow the team across content & SEO, webinars, influencers, social, paid and events: hire, develop people and give direct feedback.
Turn marketing into a system: build processes for content production, influencer partnerships and events that run without heroics, and bring in AI agents and automation wherever they save time.
Find and test non-standard channels and offers, especially across the app growth and user acquisition ecosystem where our clients are.
Own the marketing budget and allocate it based on what actually drives demos and revenue.
Partner closely with Sales, Product and leadership to align on ICP, positioning and lead quality, so that marketing and sales work from the same numbers.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

Experience leading a marketing team, with a track record of setting goals, breaking them down and holding people accountable for them.
Ownership of business metrics such as pipeline, demos, leads and revenue, not just reach or followers. You can explain what you moved, by how much, and how you did it.
Strong analytical skills: you’re fluent with numbers, have set up marketing analytics or attribution yourself, and know where every lead comes from.
Systems thinking and attention to detail: you keep digging until you understand why a metric moved.
Experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, or in the mobile app / adtech / user acquisition industry, with a clear understanding of how app developers grow and buy tools.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation in marketing. Experience building agentic workflows is a big plus.
A hacker mindset: you get creative with channels and offers once the obvious ones are exhausted.
Resilience at high pace: you’re comfortable with ambitious targets and direct feedback, and you can hold a high bar for others too.
Fluent English.

What you may expect from working with us:

Flexible remote work: Work from anywhere with a schedule that fits your life. Our core team operates in Europe, and we welcome candidates worldwide using Deel.com.
High ownership and real impact: You’ll actively influence product and technical decisions, not just execute predefined tasks.
Fast-moving startup environment: We value speed, autonomy, and practical problem-solving over rigid corporate processes.
Direct communication: We keep things simple and transparent, ensuring you focus on what matters most — getting things done.
Professional Support: We provide a monthly budget that you can allocate based on your personal and professional priorities — including language learning, professional development, mental health support, sports, or health insurance.
