Senior Product Manager

About fullthrottle.ai

fullthrottle.ai® is an AI-powered advertising operating system that helps mid-market agencies, brands, and media companies build audiences, activate omnichannel advertising, and measure real business outcomes from a single self-service platform. Our AI Media Agent brings audience building, activation, and measurement into one intuitive workflow, so our customers can run sophisticated advertising without enterprise-sized media teams.

We are a fully remote, fast-growing startup. We move quickly, work in an Agile framework, and we make AdTech easy.

About the role

This role is for a workhorse builder who takes features from 0 to 1, voraciously and autonomously.

The Product Manager is a hands-on builder who owns core platform capabilities from prototype to launch and keeps the product operation running underneath them. This is an execution-focused role for someone who would rather build than talk about building, and who uses AI tools as a force multiplier to move faster than a traditional PM.

You will prototype features, write requirements, work shoulder to shoulder with Engineering through delivery and QA, own the operational backbone that keeps the product organization moving, and help hand finished features to Revenue and Marketing so they get adopted and monetized quickly. You will report to the VP of Product, with room to grow as you prove ownership.

What you'll do

• Build & Prototype (AI-Native): Prototype new tactics, workflows, and AI features to pressure-test ideas, using AI tools daily to spec, mock, and build at warp speed.

• Scope & Requirements: Write crystal clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria that reduce ambiguity for Engineering before development begins.

• Delivery & QA: Collaborate closely with Engineering through every cycle, and own validation and quality assurance before and after release so features work as designed.

• Product Operations: Own the day-to-day product administration, including backlog hygiene, roadmap documentation, release coordination, tooling, and status communication.

• Productization Handoff: Hand finished features to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with the context and positioning they need to sell, so new capabilities get monetized quickly.

• Market & Workflow Intelligence: Research AdTech trends and engage with customers to surface friction and opportunity gaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, product, or digital media platform roles.

• A builder. You are happiest making things, with a track record of shipping, not just planning.

• Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using them to prototype, spec, and build. This is a requirement, not a bonus.

• Strong understanding of programmatic media, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.

• Familiarity with platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, and ad servers.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized. You can own the operational backbone without being told to.

• Confident communicator across technical and commercial stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

• You ship. New capabilities move from prototype to launch on a predictable cadence.

• The product operation runs cleanly, with backlog, roadmap, and releases organized and current.

• New tactics and workflow enhancements feel native to the platform, not layered on.

• Finished features get handed off, adopted, and monetized quickly.

Our Core Principles

We're a team that believes in big ideas and fast execution, adopting a "crawl, walk, run" approach to innovation. We're looking for someone who embodies these principles:

• Customer Centricity: We always put our customers first.

• Growth Mindset: We are constantly learning and evolving.

• Accountability & Integrity: We take ownership and act with honesty.

• Collaboration & Humility: We work together and value every voice.

• Open Communication: We believe in transparency and direct feedback.

If you are a builder who loves shipping delightful product, uses AI to move fast, and wants real ownership at a company that is growing quickly, we want to hear from you. This is a chance to make a real, visible impact on the platform thousands of businesses rely on every day.
