The role holder is responsible for developing complex products and complex solutions, which satisfy the customer and give competitive advantage to Fujitsu. Design, specification, implementation of software features according to defined requirementsBe an active team member within development team with the attitude to develop high quality productsFollowing all defined way of working, and coding standards and proceduresCooperation within local and international team (including technical and project management)Bug troubleshooting and fixing in cooperation with Quality Assurance ( internal/external customers)Refactoring and optimization of existing codeActs as a technical advisor for development, service. Maintains high level of product and solution knowledge. Provides development support during lifecycle of complex modules, products and solutions. Is responsible for development of new versions and updates. Evaluates technical trends, suggests innovative product ideas, processes and solutions within the area of responsibility. Uses new technologies and methods actively to develop highly competitive productsProvides and supports technical documentation on realized modules / products following internal standards. Provides maintenance support, including problem solving, for own modules and if necessary for components. Guides less experienced team members and recommends practice improvement. Who are we looking for? Good knowledge of Bash, Perl, Python, Linux (SUSE),Additional knowledge YAML, Robot Framework, Docker, Kubernetes, KVM, VMWare, NetApp, Jenkins, GitLab, Cisco, Fujitsu Primergy, SAP Services, LDAP, Postgres, Azure DevOpsStrong DevOps skills, including CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation of build and deployment processesDevelopment of complex products/solutions on time, in accordance with agreed specifications and standardsAchievement of targeted Product QualityDevelopment processes, guidelines and tools are appliedDocumentation of steps or milestones, processes or products/solutions in line with requirementsRecognized as an expert in their area of responsibilityEscalated problems are solvedEffective communication and team work including external development partnersBachelor/Master in Computer Science or equivalentB2/C1 English language skillsPassion for clean & smart code and great engineering work!
