Middle Shopify Project Manager

🚨 HIRING: Shopify Project Manager

(Agency Experience + Coding Basics Required)

Fuelerate is not a slow agency

We’re a performance-driven Shopify growth partner working with 40+ eCommerce brands across CRO, development, and paid media.

Our team is fully remote, focused on one thing:

Helping Shopify brands grow faster through better execution.

And execution depends on one role more than any other:

Project Management.

That’s why we’re looking for a Shopify Project Manager who can own delivery end-to-end.

Not someone who tracks tasks.

Someone who makes sure things actually ship.

🚀 What Makes This Role Different

Most PM roles are coordination-heavy.

Chasing updates. Scheduling calls. Moving tickets.

That’s not this role.

Here, you’ll be working in a fast iteration environment, where multiple A/B tests and Shopify projects are running in parallel.

You make sure work:

• Moves forward every day
• Stays aligned with scope and priorities
• Gets launched cleanly and on time

⚙️ What You’ll Own

You will manage Shopify projects with a strong focus on A/B testing and CRO execution.

That includes:

→ Managing the lifecycle of A/B tests from planning to launch

→ Coordinating developers, designers, CRO specialists, and QA

→ Ensuring variations are implemented correctly and QA’d properly

→ Managing multiple projects and experiments at once without losing clarity

→ Keeping timelines, priorities, and dependencies clear

→ Identifying blockers early and removing them fast

→ Communicating clearly with the team (and clients when needed)

→ Helping turn test outcomes into the next round of execution

You don’t just manage tasks.

You own outcomes.

🧠 What You Need to Bring

Forget generic PM experience.

This role requires specific context:

• 2+ years of agency project management experience (required)
• Strong experience managing Shopify projects (required)
• Hands-on Shopify background (required)
• Coding basics: able to read basic Liquid, HTML, and CSS (required)
• Strong understanding of Shopify dev workflows, QA, releases, and implementation logic
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects
• Confidence using ClickUp (or similar PM tools)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable making decisions and pushing back when needed

You don’t wait for direction.

You figure things out and move.

🌱 Why Fuelerate

We’re not corporate.

We move fast, give ownership, and focus on impact.

• Fully remote
• No pointless meetings
• Strong CRO & performance culture
• Exposure to multiple high-growth Shopify brands
• Clear path to Senior PM / Head of Delivery

Many team members grow fast because of the level of ownership they get early.

⚠️ Honest Part

This is not a passive PM role.

You will:

• Manage multiple projects and tests at once
• Switch context frequently
• Handle pressure and shifting priorities
• Be expected to solve problems, not escalate them

If you want comfort and routine, this isn’t for you.

If you like ownership, speed, and real responsibility, you’ll thrive.

💰 Compensation

$2,000 – $2,500/month depending on experience

We’re open to higher compensation for exceptional or very senior candidates who can demonstrate strong ownership and consistent delivery at a high level.

📩 How to Apply

Please include:

• Your relevant Shopify and agency experience
• One example of a project or test you helped move from planning to launch
• Your level of comfort with Liquid, HTML, and CSS
