Senior Manager - Paid Social - DMS
About FRONT ROW Group:
At FRONT ROW, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. Leveraging our capabilities and proprietary technology, we design, market, distribute, and scale brands globally.
We cultivate deep expertise across every discipline, sharing knowledge and data to drive efficiency and performance. Our mission: to expand each brand’s market share and heart share, because every transaction has the potential to be transformational.
Position Overview:
Paid social moves fast. Creative is the new targeting, automation runs more of the auction, and platform reported numbers only tell part of the story. Front Row is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead paid social strategy and execution across a dynamic portfolio of clients spanning multiple verticals.
This role sits at the intersection of hands-on channel management and senior client leadership. You will own day to day paid media operations, with a primary focus on paid social, while serving as a trusted strategic partner to your clients, leading weekly touchpoints, shaping blended paid media strategies, and playing a key role on some of our largest accounts. Ownership is expected early, and your impact will be felt quickly.
This role requires equal parts analytical rigor and communication excellence. You'll need to be as comfortable digging into budget optimizations, creative testing results, and performance analysis as you are presenting advanced concepts clearly to clients of varying technical backgrounds. The ability to ask the right questions, speak up with conviction, and translate data into actionable strategy is essential.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with deep paid social expertise, a sharp analytical mind, and the communication skills to match.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day paid social for clients across multiple verticals, from D2C to CPG and everything in between, handling hands-on media buying in platform and contributing to strategy
Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls, translating performance data into clear insights on what happened, why it happened, and what the next steps are
Partner with junior team members on your accounts to support their growth and help them achieve their personal and professional goals
Partner with search, creative, and analytics teammates to build blended media plans and strategies that prioritize each client’s KPIs and business goals
Run structured creative testing, partnering with internal/external creative teams to turn performance learnings into stronger concepts, formats, and messaging
Apply sound judgment on platform automation, such as Advantage+ and broad targeting, knowing when to lean on it and when to take manual control
Look beyond platform-reported metrics, using lift tests, GA4, Shopify, back end client data, and blended measurement to understand true incrementality and impact
Proactively bring clients new ideas and test proposals, from emerging betas and ad formats to new platforms
Communicate advanced concepts clearly and concisely to audiences of all technical levels, with well-developed presentation skills
Requirements:
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there’s a reason this is the first bullet: it’s our most important qualification)
4+ years of day to day paid social account management, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management
Confident presenting results, projections, and strategy in client-facing settings, including owning QBRs and proactively flagging risks and opportunities
Deep experience running Meta campaigns, plus working knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, GMV Max, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other emerging platforms
Analytical thinker who always asks “why” and isn’t afraid to speak up, even when it means challenging the status quo
Strong Excel skills to drive efficiencies in day-to-day tasks; pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS are your jam
Test and learn mindset toward creative, audiences, and automation, with curiosity about new tools, including AI
Strong judgment in balancing client needs, business goals, and team capacity, including knowing when to resolve an issue independently and when to involve leadership
Accountable for commitments and outcomes, with consistent follow-through and proactive communication when priorities, timelines, or performance change
Experience across multiple verticals is a plus, but curiosity about new industries is a must
Familiarity with paid search and how it works alongside social is a plus
