Short Summary:
Front is the customer operations platform built for B2B complexity, enabling companies to scale without losing connection. The Core AI team at Front leverages AI to enhance product functionality and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using NodeJS & TS.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for applying generative AI.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.
- Inform on AI model training and deployment infrastructure.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI applications.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning and AI.
Requirement:
- Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on AI and machine learning.
- Expertise in developing production applications using LLMs and Generative AI models.
- Strong experience with agentic methodologies and prompting techniques.
- High learning agility and strong communication skills.
- Should Have:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in building production-grade web applications.
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Nice to Have:
- Knowledge in specialized machine learning areas (deep learning, reinforcement learning).
- Experience in SaaS or multiplayer application machine learning implementations.
