Short Summary:
Freenow by Lyft is looking for a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations in Rome, acting as a key point of contact for the driver community and contributing to service quality and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office.
- Act as the face of the platform to execute onboarding, compliance checks, and advanced training protocols.
- Identify product bugs, user interface friction, and operational bottlenecks.
- Map real-world app usage patterns into actionable feedback for Product and Central Operations teams.
- Monitor qualitative and quantitative field data to protect core marketplace KPIs.
- Implement immediate operational corrections when local supply health indicators deviate from targets.
- Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate and run localized driver communications, operational updates, and supply-side promotions.

Requirement:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Fluent Italian and advanced English required.
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
