Senior Consultant — AI & Full-Stack Development

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, hybrid (2–3 days onsite, based on client needs) · Type: Full-time, direct hire · Experience: 2–4 years

The opportunity

Our client, a growing data and AI consultancy, is adding a hands-on Senior Consultant to build and ship AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. You'll write code every day, own technical workstreams, and serve as a go-to technical voice for clients. You'll also guide a few teammates. Strong performers have a clear path to a Manager role within a year or two.

This is a client-facing consulting role with regular in-office time — fully remote candidates won't be a fit.

What you'll do

• Design and build complete solutions spanning data, AI, and web applications
• Create intuitive front-end experiences connected to enterprise data sources
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and services using cloud-native patterns
• Add AI capabilities to applications using LLMs and Azure AI services
• Help improve the team's AI-assisted development practices
• Support responsible AI practices, including model evaluation and monitoring
• Own project workstreams in partnership with distributed delivery teams across time zones
• Serve as a day-to-day technical contact for clients, communicating clearly and consistently
• Mentor and pair with junior developers and analysts
• Hold a high standard for code quality and user experience

What you bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on development experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing work
• Direct experience building and deploying AI solutions on any stack
• Working knowledge of LLMs and how businesses apply them
• Proficiency with Azure (Azure OpenAI and related AI/ML services) and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or .NET Core
• Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise applications
• Sharp problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication — comfortable with both clients and distributed teams
