Founder's Associate

About the Role

This is a generalist operator role sitting directly alongside the founder of a new consumer health company targeting a large, underserved market in Germany. One of two or three hires being made, you will own the problems that determine whether the company wins — and what the role becomes will be shaped largely by who you are.

What You'll Do

• Work side by side with the founder on the highest-priority challenges each week, spanning commercial, operational, and product work.

• Own workstreams end to end — from first principles through to something shipped, measurable, and iterated on.

• Build structure and process from scratch, then adapt it quickly as the company evolves.

• Use AI and automation as a default working method, not a side experiment.

• Make fast decisions with incomplete information and course-correct rapidly when needed.

What We're Looking For

• A genuinely exceptional track record — not credentials on paper, but clear evidence of operating at a different level.

• Demonstrated ability to execute at high velocity and deliver results on compressed timelines.

• Experience shipping products or solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or early-stage environments.

• Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, workflows, or implementation.

• Prior experience working directly with founders or senior executives in an operational or strategic capacity.

• Ability to synthesise complex information, identify the core problem, and communicate clearly.

• Comfort in unstructured, rapidly changing environments where no one hands you a brief.

• Background in management consulting (top-tier firm) or healthcare is a plus — neither is a requirement.

• Fluent German (spoken and written) is a hard requirement.

• Local work authorisation required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of €70,000–€100,000 annually, open at the upper end depending on seniority. A meaningful equity component is included as a genuine part of the package.

Location

On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
