Associate AEO Marketing Director (Associate Account Director)
Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use.
Mission of the Role
You own a book of $0.75–1.5M across four to seven mid-market clients: the relationship, the renewal, the growth and the margin. You work with the Group AEO Marketing Director to set each client’s strategic direction and then you build the account plan to support it. You’re the person each client’s marketing leader calls first.
This is the role AEO Marketing Directors grow from. As your book grows past $1.5M, or you take on larger relationships, the path is to AEO Marketing Director. On our enterprise accounts, AEO Marketing Directors own the client relationship, the strategic roadmap and the account’s growth. AEO Program Directors lead the dedicated team that delivers the work, and work with the client every week alongside you.
