Information Security Engineer

Fluke is seeking an Information Security Engineer to support the execution of key cybersecurity initiatives across Information Security, Infrastructure, Product Security, and Compliance functions.

This role combines technical security operations, project coordination, vulnerability management, incident response support, and security program execution. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams to help identify, prioritize, track, remediate, and report on cybersecurity risks while supporting strategic and operational security initiatives.

This position is ideal for an early-to-mid career security professional with a strong technical background who enjoys a blend of hands-on technical work, operational coordination, data analysis, and security program support.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations & Incident Response

• Assist in the triage, investigation, and coordination of security incidents.
• Support incident response processes, documentation, evidence gathering, tracking, and post-incident reviews.
• Monitor and triage escalated security alerts from security platforms.
• Support development of operational dashboards and reporting automation.

Vulnerability Management

• Support the vulnerability management lifecycle from identification through remediation validation.
• Review vulnerability scan results and work with infrastructure, application, product, and asset owners to drive remediation efforts.
• Track remediation progress against established SLAs and risk priorities.
• Assist in developing metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting on vulnerability posture.
• Coordinate exception reviews and remediation follow-up activities. 

Project Support

• Support execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives and remediation programs.
• Support & track action items, risks, milestones, dependencies, and project deliverables.
• Assist with security tool implementations, process improvements, and operational maturity initiatives.
• Help maintain program documentation, procedures, and reporting.

Security Governance & Compliance Support

• Support audit preparation, evidence collection, and control validation activities.
• Assist with policy maintenance, risk assessments, and security review activities.
• Help maintain security metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security, Infrastructure, Systems Administration, IT Operations, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of: 
  • IT - Windows, Active Directory / Entra ID, Networking & Firewall Fundamentals
  • Security - Security monitoring, Incident response, Endpoint security tools, Patch management processes
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with: 
  • CrowdStrike
  • Zscaler
  • Microsoft O365
  • SIEM platforms
• Exposure to GRC and compliance programs
• Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, or similar certifications.
• Experience supporting security projects and remediation programs.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 70,600.00 - 117,900.00
