Short Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Amazon Marketplace to own Formlabs' presence and growth on Amazon across nearly every marketplace we operate in. This role involves defining the strategy for catalog, content, advertising, pricing, and inventory to turn Amazon into a scalable, profitable growth engine.

Responsibilities:
- Own the global Amazon P&L across all active marketplaces.
- Set the multi-year marketplace strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the full catalog and listing experience.
- Set and manage the Amazon Advertising strategy.
- Own pricing, promotions, and deal calendars.
- Partner with operations and supply chain on FBA/FBM strategy.
- Define the measurement framework for the channel and report performance.
- Lead cross-functional programs to launch new products on Amazon.
- Ensure global Amazon account integrity and compliance.
- Build and manage the operating model for the channel.

Requirement:
- 8+ years managing Amazon marketplaces at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of a channel P&L.
- Deep expertise across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts.
- Experience operating across multiple marketplaces and currencies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong bias for action and comfort operating with ambiguity.
