Short Summary:
At Formlabs, we’re building tools that enable anyone to bring their ideas to life through 3D printing technology. The Reliability Engineering Team ensures our hardware products are reliable, allowing customers to focus on printing rather than troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for system, subsystem, and component levels.
- Perform hands-on and data-driven root cause analysis (RCA) of electromechanical subsystems and field failures.
- Design, build, and implement automated testing equipment for subsystem characterization and reliability/environmental testing.
- Collaborate with R&D design teams to perform risk assessments and contribute to design reviews.
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends and develop corrective action plans (CAPAs).

Requirement:
- Well-versed with complex electromechanical systems.
- Experience with testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Ability to develop and execute system test plans efficiently.
- Proficient in prototyping and running tests, including hardware and software implementation in Python.
- Strong data analysis skills to distill complex results into actionable insights.
