Short Summary:
As an Internal Audit Specialist at Formlabs, you will monitor and test key business processes to ensure compliance with public-company standards and internal control frameworks. This role offers significant exposure to financial operations and the opportunity to shape the internal audit function.

Responsibilities:
- Lead internal control audit activities, including preparation and drafting of the annual internal audit plan.
- Maintain documentation for SOX 404 compliance and draft control evaluation matrices.
- Shape the internal audit function and establish methodology and governance.
- Own and implement the internal control platform to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Coordinate internal control audits and support management in identifying control points.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Partner with business process owners to support strategic initiatives.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in SEC internal control reporting.
- Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with internal control software is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
