Short Summary:
As a Member Support Representative Tier 2, you will provide live support for incoming calls from members, assisting with inquiries about services, eligibility, and benefits, while also handling technical troubleshooting and operational projects.
Responsibilities:
- Empathetically interact with members and providers on live inbound calls.
- Document interactions and ongoing resolutions for seamless follow-up.
- Ensure member records are accurate and complete.
- Verify eligibility and coverage provider benefits during calls.
- Match members with dietitians and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Troubleshoot platform and account issues.
- Collaborate with internal groups and external partners for food delivery inquiries.
- Maintain accountability when handling sensitive information.
Requirement:
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to workflow changes.
- Experience in solving complex problems and navigating multiple systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet access.
- Experience in a support role, handling sensitive information, and understanding HIPAA.
- A private, secure workspace.
- Availability for 4-8 hour shifts ending at 8:30 PM PST Monday-Friday.
