Project Manager 

We are looking for a proactive, highly accountable Project Manager to join our Delivery team.

You will lead end-to-end software integration projects for top global enterprise clients in Capital Markets.

Responsibility will include

• Manage 1–2 complex software delivery projects simultaneously, from scope and requirements gathering to production go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international B2B clients, setting expectations and communicating progress.
• Manage customer delivery schedules, and mitigate risks using standard delivery methodologies.
• Work closely with R&D, Development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality execution.

• 3+ years of experience managing mission critical software projects end-to-end.
• Must meet at least two of the following:

1. Managed teams of 5+ developers.
2. Led projects lasting 6+ months.
3. Managed project budgets of $1M+.

• Directly managed external clients in EU or North America.
• Proven background in B2B client-facing projects or internal banking enterprise tools (no B2C/mobile apps).
• Technical Background
• Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills and fluent English

Advantage

• FX (Foreign Exchange) experience is a HUGE plus!
• Additional background in Banking, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Algo-Trading is also highly desirable.
