Flowserve bietet drei dreijährige Ausbildungsplätze an. In diesem Programm werden junge Menschen zu konventionellen Dreh- und Fräsmaschinenbedienern, Mechatronikern oder Industriemechanikern ausgebildet – mit Spezialisierung auf Drehmaschinensysteme (CNC- Bearbeitung) für Flowserve-Pumpenprodukte.

Die Ausbildung findet an vier Tagen pro Woche im Tagesbetrieb an unserem Standort in Ettlingen statt . An einem Tag pro Woche besuchen die Auszubildenden eine örtliche Berufsschule, um die theoretischen Inhalte zu erlernen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in in unserem Werk in (Standort).

• Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung und Handhabung von Flowserve-Produkten.

• Du hältst unsere Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitsanweisungen konsequent ein.

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen Hauptschulabschluss, ESA, Realschulabschluss oder einen höheren Schulabschluss.

• Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst Gelerntes praktisch anwenden.

• Du bist offen, lernbereit und engagiert.

• Du arbeitest gerne praktisch und hands-on.

• Du hast ein technisches Interesse oder idealerweise bereits einen technischen Hintergrund.
