Short Summary:
As a CRM Automation & Operations work student, you will manage and enhance Floryn's HubSpot system, ensuring data integrity and building new processes to improve sales and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Map internal processes end to end and identify areas for improvement.
- Build new processes in HubSpot, including email templates, automated workflows, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot workflows and cross-check CRM data to resolve issues.
- Gather and prioritize CRM issues and enhancement requests.
- Maintain clean CRM data and set up forms, surveys, and automated emails.
- Serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.
- Own projects independently or with a project lead.
Requirement:
- Enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in English.
- Available three days a week for at least nine months.
- HubSpot experience is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for troubleshooting systems.
Benefits:
- €1,950 gross per month for 24 hours a week.
