Short Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in evolving the Asia region’s operating model into a strong, future-focused foundation, overseeing cross-functional programs and managing a team to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of the Asia region’s operating model, establishing a resilient, scalable framework.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities.
- Conduct financial analyses to validate project feasibility and ROI.
- Lead initiatives to optimize workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
- Direct large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Utilize data analytics to shape transformation strategies and guide decision-making.
- Mentor and develop a team of project managers and data analytics professionals.
- Partner with tech teams to implement technology solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between executive, regional, product, and functional leaders.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business transformation roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in cost-benefit analysis.
- Skilled in program and project management.
- Strong data analytics fluency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Asia business landscape; regional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
