Short Summary:
As a Business Value Engineer at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you'll drive measurable customer success, partnering with strategic customers to enhance adoption, renewals, and account growth. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business process expertise to define and scale a value engineering practice.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify value delivery strategies for key accounts.
- Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and quantify benefits with dbt.
- Define and communicate the dbt Labs value proposition aligned with customer objectives.
- Lead business value reviews and communicate realized impacts and potential benefits.
- Analyze customer workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Create and deliver executive presentations.
- Work with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for key stakeholders.
- Partner with dbt leadership to build new value-based GTM motions.
- Conduct training and workshops to enhance understanding of business value.
- Build scalable programs to support value selling across the GTM ecosystem.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for value-based selling.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
- Expert knowledge in value-based selling methodologies.
- Experience in building business cases for Economic Buyers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
