Senior Implementation Project SpecialistAbout your role:
As a Senior Implementation Project Specialist, you will lead implementation activities for new and existing clients, helping ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned to client requirements. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams to coordinate project execution, maintain implementation standards, and support scalable, well-documented delivery processes that contribute to successful client outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead projects from initial planning through final implementation, coordinating activities with internal resources and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and status updates to support delivery against client requirements.
- Configure implementation parameters and enter key setup information into proprietary systems and databases.
- Manage multiple implementation activities across internal teams to support timely completion and operational readiness.
- Maintain implementation documentation, procedures, and project audit records related to new products, features, and client-specific requirements.
- Support issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and after-hours implementation activities when needed.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or project management supporting client delivery, installation, or solution rollout activities.
- 4+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications in a client-facing environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create project documentation, status reporting, and implementation materials.
- Experience documenting implementation procedures, tracking deliverables, and supporting issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), associate degree, or higher, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting electronic funds transfer (EFT), ATM, or financial services implementations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with proprietary configuration tools, client setup workflows, or operational readiness processes.
How you'll work:
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
