Implementations - Professional IIAbout your role:
As an Implementations Professional II, you will support ATM implementation projects for clients from planning through activation. You will work closely with clients, vendors, project managers, and internal teams to coordinate setup activities, resolve issues, and help ensure successful delivery. This role is important to creating a smooth implementation experience and supporting reliable ATM service readiness.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate ATM implementation activities from project initiation through completion for client installations and related changes.
- Serve as a primary client-facing contact for implementation tasks, providing updates, answering questions, and helping align activities across internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage project plans and track deliverables based on client onboarding and implementation requirements.
- Review client specifications and enter configuration data into online tools and work management systems with accuracy.
- Stage ATM terminals for implementation and monitor go-live activities to support successful deployment.
- Investigate and help resolve technical issues that arise during implementation by coordinating with appropriate teams and resources.
- Escalate project risks, issues, or blockers to the project manager or leadership when needed to support timely resolution.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, operations support, or a related client-facing environment managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience working with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and support project execution.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a business environment.
- Experience entering, reviewing, and maintaining data in online tools, systems, or workflow platforms with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and apply them in a structured implementation environment.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting ATM implementations, ATM operations, or terminal deployment activities.
- Experience in electronic funds transfer (EFT) or the financial services industry.
- Experience with client onboarding, configuration, or go-live support processes.

- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
