Please Note: We ask that you skip AI-generated resumes and cover letters, and please don't submit a resume auto-populated straight from your LinkedIn or Indeed profile. We're a small, personality-driven team, and the resume is often our first real glimpse of who you are. We would genuinely love to see it in your own words. The way you describe your experience, the details you choose to highlight, even small quirks in how you write. This tells us far more than a perfectly polished, generic version ever could. It also gives us a sense of your attention to detail, which matters a lot in how we work together day to day. Applications that appear AI-generated or copy-pasted from a profile may not be considered, so please take the extra few minutes to make yours yours.

Please tell us who your favorite college football team is.  If you don’t have one, please tell us your favorite sport/team.
