Short Summary:
Finom is a European tech startup on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape for entrepreneurs. We are looking for a Target2 Process Owner to manage the operational side of our payment processes, ensuring a seamless transition to direct participation in the T2 scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Own payment processes and manage migration
- Coordinate stakeholders and maintain operational infrastructure
- Handle payment operations processes including recalls, inquiries, and investigations
- Operate and maintain the T2 GUI/dashboard for payment tracking
- Redesign incident processes for direct participation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Requirement:
- 3+ years in payment operations at a bank, EMI, or PSP
- Expertise in SEPA and TARGET services
- Knowledge of SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging
- Strong process design and documentation skills
- Fluent in English
