Short Summary:
Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Security & IT to unify security posture, IT operations, and compliance under a coherent strategy, managing a team across three disciplines: application security, IT operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Unify and mature the function across Security, IT, and compliance.
- Own the security posture, including application security and vulnerability management.
- Scale the compliance program and manage the SOC 2 Type 2 annual audit cycle.
- Run reliable IT operations for a globally distributed engineering organization.
- Communicate security posture and compliance status to leadership and customers.

Requirement:
- 7+ years in security, IT, or GRC with at least 3 years managing a team.
- Genuine fluency across application security, IT operations, and compliance/GRC.
- Experience managing a SOC 2 audit cycle.
- Familiarity with application security practices and IT operations leadership.
- Strategic communicator capable of translating security complexity into business language.
