Short Summary:
Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. The IT team is looking for an IT professional to join as an IT Help Desk Administrator, supporting the SLC office and remote workforce while collaborating with the broader IT team on global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support for our global workforce via our ticketing system, Slack channel/DM requests, and/or in-person support.
- Assist with the IT-related aspects of employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including provisioning system access, setting up user workstations, handling hardware inventory, and coordinating IT communications.
- Work hands-on with endpoints and MDM systems (Intune and Kandji), performing regular audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to larger IT projects to increase business efficiency and employee productivity.
- Provide/assist AV support for company-wide meetings/events and after-hours emergency on-call support.
Requirement:
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, corporate IT environment.
- Knowledge of the macOS ecosystem and Windows.
- Knowledge in MDM solutions (bonus points for certifications).
- Exposure to common core IT systems and IT management tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting AV and conferencing equipment.
- Ability to think critically, communicate well, and take initiatives.
- Understanding of networking infrastructures, terminology, and hardware.
- Awareness of standard corporate security practices (bonus points for security certifications).
