Short Summary:
Figma is seeking a Director of Data Science to lead a team focused on product strategy and measurement for AI products. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and product development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and grow a team of data scientists and managers.
- Champion data quality, accessibility, and democratization across the company.
- Establish trust and accountability within teams.
- Partner with various departments to drive impact.
- Shape measurement strategies for AI products in collaboration with AI Research.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience managing high-output Data Science teams, with at least 2 years managing other managers.
- 7+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience in building or measuring AI products, ideally LLM-powered assistants.
- Expertise in statistical methods, experimentation, and forecasting.
- Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments.
