About the Role
Fermi America is looking for a technology leader who will lead the function, manage and develop our existing Enterprise Infrastructure Lead, and remain actively hands-on in architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and operational delivery. We are building the capability with a small team, so recent personal execution experience is essential.

- Identity infrastructure: Experience operating identity platforms, administering access, and implementing secure configurations in partnership with cybersecurity.
- Operational discipline: Establish standards, documentation, monitoring, incident response, backup/recovery, asset lifecycle, and repeatable support processes.
- Team and provider leadership: Guide a small internal team, manage MSPs and vendors, prioritize work, and remain accountable for delivery.
- Enterprise/site partnership: Work closely with our Industrial & Site Technology lead on Matador connectivity, shared infrastructure standards, construction-to-commissioning requirements, and operational handoffs.
- Working style: Comfortable building in an evolving environment, contributing across functional boundaries, and moving between technical execution and discussions with the CTO and business stakeholders.
