Position Overview
The E-Commerce Manager & AI Specialist will manage and improve Ferla Bikes' online sales ecosystem while helping implement AI and automation throughout the company.
You will work across our websites, e-commerce platforms, marketing systems, analytics, CRM, automations, and digital infrastructure.
Because this is a remote position, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Website Management
Manage and optimize Ferla Bikes' e-commerce websites and online storefronts.
Manage products, collections, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and website content.
Build and edit pages using Shopify, WordPress, and Elementor.
Make front-end website adjustments using HTML and CSS.
Identify and troubleshoot website issues.
Improve website speed, usability, mobile experience, and conversion rates.
Monitor abandoned carts, customer behavior, conversion rates, and online sales.
Implement strategies to increase traffic, average order value, conversion rates, and overall online revenue.
Assist with SEO and organic search optimization.
Coordinate online product launches and promotional campaigns.
AI & Automation
Research and implement AI tools that can improve sales, marketing, customer service, and internal operations.
Build and maintain automations using Make.com and other automation platforms.
Create AI-assisted workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
Develop effective AI prompts, processes, and internal systems.
Integrate AI with CRM, e-commerce, marketing, and operational platforms.
Identify areas of the business that can be streamlined or automated.
Help develop AI-powered customer service and sales solutions.
Continuously research new AI technologies and recommend tools that could benefit Ferla Bikes.
CRM, Project Management & Marketing
Manage and improve workflows within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Use Monday.com to organize projects, tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
Assist with email marketing, customer follow-ups, lead nurturing, and abandoned-cart campaigns.
Support Google and Meta advertising initiatives.
Develop and improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Work with management to implement new digital campaigns and promotions.
Analytics & Website Performance
Manage and analyze website performance through Google Analytics.
Use Microsoft Clarity to evaluate visitor behavior, heatmaps, recordings, and website usability.
Track e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create reports that clearly communicate performance, problems, and opportunities.
Monitor website speed, security, DNS, caching, and performance through platforms such as Cloudflare and Cloudways.
Use data—not assumptions—to recommend changes and improvements.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is more than an e-commerce administrator.
You should be the type of person who sees a repetitive process and thinks, "I can automate that."
When website traffic isn't converting, you want to know why.
When a new AI tool launches, you're interested in figuring out whether it can actually improve the business.
You should be comfortable moving between Shopify, WordPress, AI, analytics, automation, CRM, website development, and digital marketing depending on what the business needs.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and gets things done.
