Short Summary:
FairMoney is a pioneering mobile banking institution specializing in extending credit to emerging markets. The company is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst to own a material credit-strategy workstream within its Android lending portfolio in Nigeria. This role is hands-on and impacts P&L.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end performance of the assigned Android workstream.
- Build a prioritized strategy and delivery roadmap aligned to the Android annual business plan.
- Manage relevant approval, disbursal, exposure, revenue, risk-adjusted Gross Profit, and other metrics.
- Identify material risk, economic leakage, and profitable growth opportunities.
- Design and improve credit strategies and experimentation.
- Translate recommendations into decision-engine rules and implementation requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Finance.
- Mentor other analysts and document critical policy and decision-engine knowledge.

Requirement:
- Credit-strategy experience owning P&L for a workstream.
- Strong analytics skills, particularly in SQL.
- Experience in forecasting, cohort/vintage analysis, and experimentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
