Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator;
• Conversational level of Russian;
• Responsibility, honesty, teamwork skills, and a results-oriented approach;
• Attention to detail and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and configuring user accounts;
• Working with CRM systems, corporate email, and RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol);
• Creating and configuring accounts in Telegram, Skype, Slack, and Signal;
• Basic configuration of MikroTik routers;
• Understanding the principles of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN;
• Installing and configuring VoIP telephony (MicroSIP);
• Setting up and providing technical support for employee workstations;
• Installing, configuring, and administering Windows;
• Basic knowledge of Ubuntu (installation and configuration);
• Working with CRM systems;
• Setting up and connecting multifunction printers and other office equipment;
• Assembling, configuring, and maintaining PCs.
