Creative Services Designer - CA Remote
The creative team within FSD Marketing conceptualizes, designs, and produces visually stunning multimedia that reinforces our brand and resonates with our target audiences. We support demand-gen campaigns, webinars, ads, social, and events across the sales funnel. We are looking for someone in the Southern California area who would be willing to come into the Costa Mesa office when necessary for collaboration. You will report to the Creative Services Manager for this position.
What you'll do:
- You'll own and maintain our internal product support library; (including designing and updating) housing documentation throughout the sales funnel.
- You will work within PowerPoint and have the ability to produce briefing decks for all stakeholders, ensuring clarity, and brand alignment.
- You will work with web design, designing and polishing positioning graphics for demand gen.
Your efforts will include:
- PPT design - custom templates/presentations
- Product One - sheets
- Mood boards/concepting layouts
- Social media graphics and banners
- eBook design and production
- Email templates
- Digital advertisements (banners, pop-ups, etc.)
- Infographics and data visualizations
- User interface (UI) elements and assets for web and mobile apps
- Event Support – Booth Designs, Signage and table tents
- Digital illustrations
- Photo retouching and manipulation
- Minimum of one year of experience protecting, guiding, and maintaining a corporate brand.
- A portfolio of previous/current work is a requirement to be considered for this role.
- Experience using AI tools to support design work and refine production.

Motion Skills – the ability to storyboard and produce compelling product explainer videos.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
