This is not a job. It's a business opportunity for an established professional who already has relationships with business owners and knows how to turn conversations into revenue.

We do not provide leads, and there is no salary, draw, or base pay. What you will get is a leadership team invested in your success. We set clear goals together, review our pipeline regularly, and coach and develop as you build your practice. We get results, and we'll help you get them, too. If you need someone to fill your calendar for you or need a steady paycheck to perform, this is not the right fit, and it's better for both of us to know that up front.

Exit planning is still an emerging profession. Millions of business owners will sell or transfer their companies in the coming years, and most are unprepared, have no exit plan, no idea what their business is worth, and no roadmap for increasing its value. Yet few trained practitioners serve this market, particularly at the small and mid-sized level.

That gap is your opportunity. While most consulting fields are already saturated, exit planning remains relatively underserved. What you'll do

You'll generate your own pipeline from your existing network and your own prospecting. You'll meet with business owners, uncover their goals, and enroll them as Exit Factor clients. Then you'll deliver 1:1 consulting sessions using the Exit Factor system. You'll own the relationship from first conversation to final engagement.

Who we're looking for

• At least 3 years in business consulting, coaching, B2B sales, financial services, or a similar field where you built and closed your own pipeline.

• An existing network of business owners or referral sources you can reach out to in your first 30 days.

• A track record of earning on commission or running your own practice.

• Prior business ownership is a strong plus. Former owners are often our most successful consultants because they've lived the challenges our clients face.

• Comfortable selling a high-value professional service by phone and in person.

• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline, follow-up and client delivery.

• Motivated by clear goals and honest feedback.

How you're paid

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-only plus a share of the revenue you manage. There is no base pay. Earnings depend entirely on the clients you bring in and serve.
