Short Summary:
The Evolve Partner Development Partner Associate is responsible for finding, interviewing, and educating new service partners to connect homeowners with top-performing vacation rental caretakers. This role supports the growth of the partner network and assists existing partners with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Support Evolve’s activation goals by fulfilling new owner requests for service partners.
- Work closely with the Sales team to source suitable partners.
- Conduct online research and cold calls to find local service companies.
- Interview potential service partners and set service level expectations.
- Provide timely support to existing partners and document activities in Salesforce.
- Educate owners and partners on the Evolve platform.
- Manage competing priorities to meet monthly goals.
- Assess processes for efficiency improvements.
- Provide professional support to partners and homeowners.

Requirement:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills via email and phone.
- Enthusiasm for the vacation rental industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills.
- Results and data-driven approach.
- Strong online research skills.
